Pay: CA$90,000.00-CA$120,000.00 per year

What You Bring:
  • Extensive experience in landscape construction installation practices, with the ability to step into the field and identify best practices and improvements
  • Advanced operation of skid steer and excavator
  • Strong leadership skills including mentorship, conflict resolution, and team motivation
  • Knowledge of equipment requirements and safety protocols
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with departmental financials and forecasting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt and think outside of the box
  • Ability to learn company software (LMN) and strong aptitude with Microsoft Office
 
What Would Your Day to Day Look Like?
  • Ensure all teams are properly staffed and there is a plan in place for company growth and personal development of all roles.
  • Ensure teams are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage workloads of the Project Managers and conduct job monitoring reviews with them to ensure their success, including covering for them during time off.
  • Enforce and implement business policies, procedures, processes, and core values.
  • Ensure projects meet Lyons quality standards and client expectations prior to close out.
  • Manage safety standards and procedures such as FLHA’s, completion of pre/post trips, etc.
  • Oversee construction teams on production and efficiencies.
  • Make recommendations on in field deficiencies and areas for improvement to further push production targets and results.
  • Review landscape construction schedule and capacity, ensuring optimized.
