Our Install Process
How It Works:
Pre-install
Pre-install site meeting to ensure the client understands the Lyons safety procedures. Daily safety tailgate meeting amongst crew. Review site logistics, and perform action plan. Meet and exceed production goals for the day.
Installation
Foreman oversees all aspect of construction site. All change order requests by be signed and approved by client prior to moving forward. Pre-plan material and labour logistics for next day.
Completion
Foreman and project manager site walkthrough. Project manager and client site walkthrough. Project completion sign off by client. Final invoice and payment. Option for maintenance, testimonial when desired.

We worked on a large development project in Vernon named Predator Ridge which included a number of luxury estate homes and constructing a commercial-sized lavender trail. The lavender trail leads to a full-size wooden deck covered by a custom shade sail, with a scenic view looking towards Kalamalka Lake - a perfect location for wedding ceremonies and other group functions.
