What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating crews, materials, deliveries, invoices, and scheduling
- Tracking project progress and updates
- Managing BC 1 calls and reporting
- Supporting admin tasks: calls, meetings, reports, presentations
- Dispatching our snow removal teams in the winter season
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in a coordination and logistics role
- Thrives on fast paced and busy work environments
- Valid driver’s licence with clean record
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-focused
- Tech savvy – strong Microsoft Office skills (QuickBooks or LMN are a bonus)
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Ability to work on call/overnights during the winter season as needed for dispatching

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
