What You Bring:
  • Strong experience managing fleet vehicles, equipment, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Understanding of CVI compliance requirements and safety standards
  • Experience managing maintenance and repair budgets, tracking costs, and identifying efficiencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and prevent downtime
  • Experience coordinating vendors, warranty claims, and service providers
  • Inventory management experience (tools, small equipment, consumables)
  • Confidence with implementing and optimizing fleet management software
  • Proactive communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to support operations and scheduling teams as needed
 
What Would Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
  • Oversee all company vehicles, trailers, and equipment to ensure they are compliant, safe, clean, and presentable
  • Lead preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life
  • Manage maintenance and repairs budget, track costs, and identify savings opportunities
  • Coordinate repairs, servicing, warranty claims, and vendor relationships
  • Support rental coordination for vehicles and equipment as required
  • Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspections are completed, audited, and followed up on
  • Lead the setup, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our fleet software
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date fleet data to improve accountability and efficiency
  • Oversee purchasing and selling of equipment in alignment with operational needs and budget
  • Manage tools, small equipment, and consumables inventory (oil, washer fluid, filters, etc.)
